Seabank House Bed and Breakfast was built in 1854 and is a beautiful example of the architecture of it's time. Spacious rooms, stain glass windows, elegant staircase & some original flooring. This home is comfortable, with a view of Pictou Harbour...it's a good place to be! We are located just 7 minutes from the Ferry to PEI
A Wonderful Accommodation in Nova Scotia!
"The building is of Mid-Victorian style. There are stain glass windows in the front entrance and in the hall. All door and window casings are made of split pillars forming a peak at the top. The first occupant, R.P. Grant, was a shipping merchant who held the title of president of the Pictou Bank. His political career was crowned by appointment to the Senate." (L.B.Jensen)

All our bedrooms are on the 2nd floor an easy walk up low rise stairs with a sturdy bannister rail and a landing and seat part way up !!
The "Hummingbird Suite"
One of our most popular suites, this larger room has 2 Queen size beds with comfy linens. 2 windows look over to Pictou Harbour. Seating area with 2 chairs adds to the charm. Private, ensuite bathroom with full size vanity, dispensers for soap, shampoo and conditioner.
"Ahoy Matey" room
This Room has a nautical theme with comfortable Queen size bed and night tables.
Private ensuite, good sized modern bathroom with essentials and good lighting.
The Dining Room

This Elegant Suite with King Size Bed and luxury linens is a larger bedroom at the front of the house including 2 windows with views over Pictou Harbour!
It offers a seating area with 2 chairs and a table!
The modern private ensuite bathroom is tastefully designed with shower/tub combination, full size vanity and excellent lighting.
"Kahi Aloha" Room
This lovely "Hawaiian themed room has a Queen size bed, so comfortable and soft!
Private, ensuite bathroom. Dispenser with soap, shampoo, conditioner and hand cream.
